Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
All brand names, copyrights, product names and titles used in this site are trademarks or trade names or copyrights of their respective holders. No permission is given by DaySecure in respect of the use of any such brand names, copyrights, product names or titles and such use could constitute an infringement of the holder’s rights.
Use of this site for the posting or transmission (including any communication outside this site) of any unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or violate any law is strictly prohibited. DaySecure reserves the right to delete, or modify the content of this site, including the content of this legal notice, at any time.
You the client or reader acknowledge that all intellectual property rights which include but are not exclusive or limited to, graphics, design, text, in the web site are the property of DaySecure Ltd, the company.
You may print an item or article from the web site in hard copy for your own non-commercial personal use or for said use by others. For this purpose you may copy the subject matter on to a storage medium/medium or disc provided the purpose of such storage is only used either to view the item again or to print an individual copy of said subject matter. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information in any form supplied to the best of DaySecures’ knowledge, information and belief. DaySecure Ltd makes no representation or warranty whatsoever regarding any third party web site, information, products, or services referred to or accessible from the Site. The client browses the site at their own risk and whilst DaySecure Ltd has made every effort to ensure the Site is virus free, they make no warranty that the contents of the Site or any website accessible via the Site are free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties and shall have no liability in respect thereof.
Neither, DaySecure Ltd nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
DaySecure Ltd their agents or representatives have taken reasonable care in compiling and presenting information to a client. They make no guarantee that the information presented, whether implied or stated either verbally or in writing are true or accurate. DaySecure Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any inaccuracies contained in any information in any form passed on to clients and they, DaySecure Ltd shall not be held responsible for any damages, loss or costs incurred by a client as a result any such information.
Contract
No Contract shall come into existence until the Clients instruction (however given) is accepted by DaySecure Ltd written or verbal acceptance dependant on circumstances. These conditions shall be incorporated in the Contract to the exclusion of any terms or conditions stipulated or referred to by the Client.
Upon instructing DaySecure Ltd it is assumed that you agree and accept our fees, terms and conditions in full, and undertake to pay within 28 days of an invoice being raised. We, DaySecure Ltd reserve the right to charge interest on any overdue payments.
In cases where operational security or client confidentiality could be compromised or where written confirmation relating to the companies employment DaySecure Ltd would be operationally prohibitive, special dispensation will be given where verbal confirmation of work requirements will qualify as the Contract as long as DaySecure Ltd and the Client agree this arrangement.
It is the responsibility of the client to seek legal advice in respect of what are legal actions or instructions. & DaySecure Ltd will always seek to act lawfully and will report unlawful action or requests to the respective law enforcement agency.
Payment
DaySecure Ltd reserves the right at any time to revise their fees without notice. The Client will be responsible for payment of materials, expenses, equipment, labour, mileage as agreed at the time of agreeing the service contract fee.
A minimum deposit of the fee is payable upon the signing or agreement of the Contract, or at the discretion of the company DaySecure Ltd. This minimum deposit is assessed and based on each individual contract fee and will be included in the Companies quotations.
The balance of the full fee is payable upon completion of the Services and is to be paid in full within 28 days of the date of the Companies DaySecure Ltd Invoice for payment of the services to the Client. The Companies, DaySecure Ltd reserve the right to charge interest on any overdue payments.
Where it is necessary to instruct a third party on your (the clients) behalf, including but not limited to, external investigators and security operatives to assist with your enquiry, investigation or security situation, we shall do so as your agent, and you shall be responsible for payment of their fees, you (the client) would have prior notification unless there were exceptional circumstances. We do not accept liability for services provided by any third parties instructed by us on your behalf.
Fees
The price for the services excludes VAT and any other taxes or expenses which will be charged at the rate or rates applicable at the date of invoice from DaySecure to the Client. The cost of our services DaySecure Ltd shall be indicative of the type of work undertaken and it is normal procedure for us to provide a quotation whether verbal or written in each instance. If there are any changes in your instructions or the circumstances change at any time these shall be reflected, as we deem fit in an amended quotation which shall be provided to you at the earliest opportunity. In the event that we are unable to provide a quotation we shall endeavour to keep you (the client) informed of significant progress or as you (the client) initially agreed and requested.
DaySecure Ltd shall have the right to adjust their prices for any increase in the price of expenses, equipment, materials, labour, mileage, necessary changes in service or delivery schedules, or any other costs of any kind arising for any reason after the date of the agreed Contract. Price changes shall take effect on the date of service delivery on the Client invoice outlining the necessary changes.
Basic Fees/Rates and Charges follow; Please note, complex bespoke investigation or security services may invoke different rates but these will always be discussed with the client.
DaySecure Ltd
An initial Consultation of 30 minutes is Free there after consultancy/appointment fees and associated expenses are payable and will be charged by DaySecure Ltd whilst engaged at meetings either in person or by telephone, and for any agents time used as a direct result of the consultancy at a rate of £65.00 per
hour. Payment for a consultancy will be charged & invoiced after each individual meeting. This will also include mileage at £0.45p per mile plus any other travel or miscellaneous expenses. Misc expenses and travel costs incurred are payable at the discretion of the company.

Legal Profession, Commercial and Corporate
Process Serving Legal Profession – – –£110
Complex Serve (unforeseen difficulties or extra research required, fast time) + £15 per hour
Foreseen Complex Serve (overall charge can be negotiated between) -£180-£250
Case Reviews (A full review can be negotiated) -£50 per hour
Drug Testing (Mitigation in criminal and domestic cases, negotiable)
Debt Recovery (Negotiated between CJPI Ltd and Client)
Other services negotiable
DaySecure security fees can be complex however, a base rate fee for a security guard on an initial 6 month contract will be charged from £10 per hour. A mobile security patrol of two guards will be charged from £18 per hour, an arranged contract of 6 months plus would result in reduced fees. Short term and Long term contracts can be negotiated. Exclusive Security for Private Clubs or Functions is negotiated between DaySecure and the relevant client. Regular contracts will result in reduced fees. DaySecure Security also specialises in Residential and Commercial site security these fees are negotiable, as are the options for Standard and VIP residential packages that can include CCTV options.
Variation of Fees & Terms
We, DaySecure Ltd, reserve the right to amend our fees and terms accordingly. We will always to endeavour to provide notice in writing.
Third Parties
The companies’ responsibilities are owed only to the client whose instructions we are acting upon.
The terms on which we are acting on are specific to the instructing client and we do not accept liability for services or information provided by any third parties instructed by us on the clients’ behalf.
Any advice or information provided to the client by DaySecure Ltd is governed by your (the clients information and instructions). It does not constitute advice to any third party with whom you may communicate it to.
Documentation
If at the end of each issue/investigation or security matter, you wish us to return or forward to you or destroy any documentation which was acquired by you or on your behalf, please provide written instructions. In the event of not receiving any instructions we shall retain such documentation for a period at our discretion not exceeding 12 months. Any subject access requests will be dealt with by you or under your instructions, within the provisions governing the Data Protection regulations.
Termination
We, DaySecure Ltd reserve the right to terminate provision of our services to you, the client by providing you with written notice and verbal notification. If you, the client wish to terminate your instructions to us at any time please notify us in writing. Notwithstanding any termination by either party you agree to pay any outstanding fees and costs incurred up to the date of termination or the fixed fee as agreed.
Governing Law
These terms of business are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with English law. Any claims or disputes (of whatever nature and not limited to contractual issues) shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Complaints
In the event that you are not satisfied with our services, please direct your complaint to the Director of DaySecure depending on the service provided. We will strive to answer your complaint ASAP and in any case within 14 days.
Data Protection
The instructions are accepted on the basis that our services are conducted under the direction of the client and as such we are the Data processer and the client is deemed the data controller. The handling of personal data will be in accordance with client instructions and directions.
